At Mouei, each piece is thoughtfully made to order, crafted especially for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If you receive a product with a genuine defect or damage, we will be happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• A clear video of the unboxing process is required as proof of the defect. (The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the issue.)

Once reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange for an exchange of the same product.

Please note that minor variations in color or handwork are natural in handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.
